Marinate patties the day before. If the taste of grilled and then wrapped in paper (or a bowl with plastic wrap above) --- with a bottle of barbecue sauce (Mesquite), pineapple slices, a dash or three of A1, and if you like a freshly ground pepper and salt seasoning Lowry.
Or if you want the bold taste and do not try to prepare ---- Hamburger McCormick spices. And with a little beer to keep moisture of the meat (in fact, marinating with beer for almost all my steaks and burgers. The alcohol cooks out)
I use a mixture of ground beef, veal and pork. Most grocery stores sell a mixture of meat, cakes. Or just ask the butcher counter, if they could combine the meat 3 Gound everything for you - they will. BBQ mix that you and you have the most amazing juicy hamburgers!
Keep it simple. Go to a decent butcher and buy a lean beef Nice. Marinate with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce for about an hour before cooking. Grill low and slow - half on his head for about 15 minutes and put the cheese at the last minute. Flip once and always served with fresh vegetables.
Save for me!
