Relocation Policy What Do You Do When A Prior Employer Jeopardizes Your Chance For New Employment By A Negative Reference?

What do you do when a prior employer jeopardizes your chance for new employment by a negative reference? - relocation policy

To be considered for a job in Oregon, considered and saying my background check for a previous employer that was negative was to be hired not elgible. The bottom line is shifted from the west central Arizona in a leadership position with a paper mill. A few months after founding the company was employment through a campaign of shooting and the new boss was part of a day, comments on my age and terms of payment and from the beginning he could make something right. He also proposed to take me out of my contract, worth 20K + relocation when they stopped. After moving the work for me, three months later, his decision in a different direction of construction and to give me a few weeks after the payment of 8-9 months of work, he never got that or write a discipline. Now, a potential employer once again say that the Human Resources Mngr said he was not rehired. The Companys policy has always verify only dates of employment and title. Now prospective employer believes they could have done something wrong.
